Returns + Exchanges
At Naturista Herb Cosmetics, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. Due to the nature of our cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal-care products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Incorrect product selection
Personal preference regarding fragrance or texture
Products that have been opened or used
Allergies or individual skin sensitivities
